All For One Campaign ~ Phase II
Approximately 6 years ago Rock Church launched a special “All For One” capital campaign to provide financial support for several building projects that included work at all three campuses. The heart of the project was the Pavilion, a ministry-wide outdoor venue centrally located in Plaistow. It is to provide a place for us to gather as a whole church for special events, outdoor services, concerts, weddings and much more.
In addition to the pavilion, the first phase of the All For One campaign allowed us to make significant progress in finishing off the lower level of Sandown building as a multifunction space/fellowship hall. We also did work in the parsonage in Amesbury, allowing us to prepare it for sale, with the proceeds to go towards the purchase of our new North Shore campus building at 58 Macy Street.
The first phase of the All For One campaign allowed us to do some great work. Our goal in phase two is to complete the Sandown lower level and repair and re-side the exterior of the North Shore building. If you look closely you'll see that the siding and trim is long overdue for replacement. To do the exterior work on the North Shore building and complete the Sandown lower level we need to raise approximately $100,000. (The first phase was a $200,000 Campaign, which we fully funded.) Our goal is to raise $100,000 in one year beginning January 1st 2024.
